General Website Usage
When you use the ThoughtShift website we use an online tracking tool called Google Analytics 4 and Iubenda Consent Management Platform with advanced privacy controls. No personal data will be collected if you reject cookies. If you consent to cookies, certain personal data may be collected on an aggregated basis, such as your approximate location, the device you are visiting our site on and the browser you are visiting our site on. No other personal data will be collected.
This is for the purpose of being able to understand how people use our website and identify where there might be areas that we could improve your experience on our website. It is in our Legitimate Interest as a business to collect this data about how people use our website if Consent is provided. Submitting a Form
Contact Forms
When you submit our full contact form, or the mini contact forms across the site, all the data you include is shared with our Commercial Team at ThoughtShift. It will be stored in our CRM system, ZoHo, and used to contact you in relation to the information that you have provided. This data will be stored for up to 2 years and then permanently deleted.
If you consent to receive the ThoughtShift email marketing then your name and email address will also be added to our email marketing software MailChimp. It will be stored securely and used solely to send you ThoughtShift email newsletters. You will have the right to unsubscribe from the email list and the right to delete yourself from our email database at the bottom of every email you receive.
Job Application Form
When you submit our job application form all the data you provide is shared with our HR Team at ThoughtShift. It will be stored in our system, SharePoint, and reviewed by the most appropriate Department Heads for the position you have applied for. If appropriate your contact details will be used for the recruitment process. Your details will be stored for up to 6 months as standard for these purposes. If we believe there is mutual benefit to storing your details for longer than 6 months we will ask for your consent to do so.

ThoughtShift Ltd minimises data storage wherever possible. Under our GDPR obligations, our legal basis for personal data storage is under “Consent” and “Contract” to enable ThoughtShift Ltd to deliver a contractual service or due to consent to data processing to provide a quotation in the context of a potential contract.
